Questions about plans
What is a credit?
Each plan adds a set number of credits to your account every month, and each video costs credits based on its length, style and extras. One second of motion graphics is 20 credits, and a logo animation is a flat 150.
To place an order you need an active plan and enough credits for it. We show the credit cost before you place an order. If the final cost is different, we confirm it with you before any credits are charged. Credits have no cash value.
How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 24 hours, counted from when you have placed the order and confirmed any details we asked about. Rush orders are delivered within 12 hours. Delivery time doesn't include time spent waiting for your answers, files or approval.
If a video takes longer than 48 hours, we credit 20% of its credits back to your account within 1 business day.
What if I don't like the video?
Each order includes one free revision round: you watch the draft and tell us what to change. Extra revision rounds cost 50 credits each. A revision changes the video you ordered; a new idea or a different format is a new order.
If we can't deliver your order, all of its credits are returned. Delivered videos and credits already used for an order aren't refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Manage billing on your account page or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can keep using your credits until then (and until they expire).
Which video models can I use?
Motion graphics are made with our own models, Rast 2.0 and Rast 1.0. For AI video, Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Kling 3.0 and Veo 3.1 Fast are launching soon, paid from the same credits, from 3 credits a second. Credits are charged only when a video finishes: if one fails, they're returned automatically. See the models side by side on Models.
What happens to unused credits?
Subscription credits roll over for one month: credits you don't use in a billing period can still be used in the next one, then they expire. Top-up credits last 12 months. Unused credits aren't refunded in cash.
