Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Mugam AI, run by Mugam Studio, operated by Əhmədov İbadullah, based in Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”). By using our website, signing in or ordering a video, you agree to them. If you use Mugam AI for a company, you agree for that company.
1. The service
Mugam AI makes motion graphics videos from your brief and the files you send us, such as product launch videos, feature promos and logo animations. Our motion designers produce each video, using AI tools and professional animation software.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep access to it safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- The details you give us must be true, including your name and email.
- Signing in with Google is required to upload files and place an order; your orders and credits are linked to your account.
3. Plans and credits
- Our plans are monthly subscriptions. Each plan adds a set number of credits to your account every month. The current plans and prices are on our pricing page.
- Each video costs credits, based on its length, style and extras. We show an estimate when you order and confirm the final number of credits by email before you pay.
- Credits have no cash value. They can only be used for Mugam AI videos and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Subscription credits roll over for one month: credits you don't use in a billing period can still be used in the next one, then they expire.
- Top-up credits last 12 months from the day you get them. Top-ups are only available while you have a plan, including a cancelled plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- When you order, the credits for that order are reserved. They are used when the order is charged.
4. Payments
- Our payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which is our merchant of record. When you buy a plan or a top-up, you buy it from Polar, which resells it to you for us. Polar takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. Polar's own terms also apply to the payment.
- Plans renew automatically every month, and Polar charges your payment method on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel, change your payment method and download invoices from Manage billing on your account page.
- The credits from a plan or a top-up are added to your account once the payment has gone through.
- We never see or store your full card details; Polar and its payment providers handle them.
- Some orders are paid by direct invoice instead. If so, we email you the details before you pay.
5. Your files and content
When you send us files, a brief or any other content, you confirm that:
- you own them or have the right to use them, and to let us use them to make your video;
- they are not illegal, and they don't infringe anyone else's rights, such as copyright, trademarks or privacy;
- they don't contain hateful, violent, sexual or misleading content.
We may refuse or stop an order that breaks these rules. You are responsible for any claims that come from content you sent us.
6. Who owns the video
- You own the final video we deliver once it has been paid for. You can use it anywhere, for any legal purpose.
- You keep all rights to your own logos, screenshots and other files.
- We may show your video in our portfolio or on social media only with your permission.
7. Revisions
Each order includes one free revision round: you watch the draft and tell us what to change. Extra revision rounds cost 250 credits each. A revision changes the video you ordered; a new idea or a different format is a new order.
8. Delivery
- We usually deliver within 24 hours, counted from when you have confirmed the details and paid. Rush orders are delivered within 12 hours.
- If a video takes longer than 48 hours, 20% of its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- If we can't deliver an order at all, all its credits are returned. See our Refund Policy.
- Delivery time doesn't include time spent waiting for your answers, files or approval.
9. Limitation of liability
We work hard to make great videos, but we provide the service “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or missed launch dates. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending the service
- You can stop using Mugam AI and cancel your plan at any time, from Manage billing on your account page; see the Refund Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by uploading illegal content or abusing the service. If we do, we'll tell you why by email.
- If we ever close Mugam AI, we'll give you notice and deliver or credit back any open orders.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we'll also email customers who have an account. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If there is a dispute, we'll first try to solve it together by email. If that doesn't work, the courts of Azerbaijan will decide.
